Over 25 years ago, Ray began a career in insurance and business consulting. He has personally served over 250 companies with startup formations, business planning and operational design, funding from banks and private equity investors, and curating insurance and benefit packages. 

Ray’s passion for service to the community is rooted in the character and friendships he developed on his path to Eagle Scout and continues through his enthusiastic involvement in Rotary International and in his professional endeavors.
